Speaker Information

Ali Olszeski is a seasoned trial lawyer with a track record of success. In addition to building and leading strong trial teams, Ali advises clients on their most challenging pre-litigation disputes and leads internal investigations.

With clients spanning a range of industries — including private equity, technology, food and agribusiness, communications, construction, and transportation — Ali’s deep industry knowledge allows her to craft tailored legal strategies aligning with clients’ business objectives.

Carrie DeLange is a Chambers USA-recognized attorney who focuses her practice on corporate and government investigations, white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation matters. Carrie represents individuals and corporations in response to inquiries by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), state attorneys general offices and other regulatory agencies. Carrie has also represented clients facing allegations of securities fraud in high-profile criminal enforcement matters.

Michael Fires has broad-based litigation experience representing large and small businesses, as well as individuals, in a variety of forums. He regularly serves as the lead associate in litigation, arbitration and enforcement proceedings. His experience includes authoring numerous briefs, motions and reports; devising litigation strategy and regulatory guidance; supervising teams of associates; and leading discovery, witness interviews and trial preparation. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Michael has helped lead numerous internal investigations, as well as defend investigations launched by financial regulators, the U.S. Congress and other government entities.
